JACOBS RAIDERS 2012 GATHERING, Are we Ready? IT’S OUR 35th!!! WOW!

(APRIL 17, 2012TO APRIL 21, 2012.  COST: $ 635)  ( NEXT YEARS GATHERING APRIL 9 TO 13, 2013)

It’s “MAGIC TIME”!!!!!!  Once again, we have a call out for those brave souls who will have to face the endurance of 5 grueling, punishing days of Golf????? Some people question our tenacity. . But, as we always do, we stand united; we shall triumph and overcome all obstacles.

Arrangements are being made for 64 golfers. We’ve been fortunate in the past; we’ve never had anybody on stand-by left behind, which was due to cancellations. In the situation where we have more then 64 people, seniority and the date when we receive your check will be used to determine were your position is on the list of attendance. The cut off date for monies is MARCH 10, 2012. After that date final arrangements and preparations will be made. If you have to cancel, advise me (AL) by March 26, 2012, so we can return your money. After that date you or we will have to find a replacement so your money can be returned. You cooperation and understanding is very much appreciated.    

The gathering of the RAIDER clan will be on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 to Saturday, April 21, 2012. Total of five days.

The gathering will take place at “THE WINDS CLARION INN”; Ocean Isle Beach, N.C. Check in will be on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 and check out on Sunday, April 22, 2012. Many Raiders have made arrangements to arrive earlier then Tuesday. Let us know on the confirmation sheet and we’ll make reservation for you. You’ll have to pay for the additional nights as you check in.

The amount is $635 for the gathering, which includes green fees, carts, surcharges, bag boys, starters, rooms, refreshments in our private room, maid’s tips, and trophies.  Please send the full amount and conformation sheets by MARCH 10, 2012.

AMBIANCE: If anyone has a company flag to display in the meeting room, bring them along!
